There are no specific details known about this painting. It is dated ’17 (1917) beside Ashford’s signature at top. This was donated to the Dacotah Prairie Museum in 2024 by Ginny Topping from Oregon. Ginny (Virginia) was a niece of Frank’s and passed away in 2024. The painting is unfortunately under glass and there are plans to have it conserved. The canvas measures about 24″ x 14″.
